If flavor is what you want in an ultimate vitamin/minerals/amino acid mix, then this is the one for you! It's delicious straight from the bottle! Be forewarned, however, that there is not the same amount of calcium that the Classic has. But, there is more vitamin C, more aminos and has chondroitin sulfate!
This ultimate also has 87 of the 90 essential nutrients, as does the Classic. For adults, one ounce per 100 pounds of body weight once or twice daily. For children, one teaspoon per 20 pounds of body weight.
