Enzymes are used to help absorption of food and supplements. Betaine HCL is a stomach acidifier. Doc Wallach says that just about everybody needs more stomach acid. Pepsin is a great protein digestive enzyme and will only work in an acid environment.
If you have belch, burp and bloat take one or two of the Ultimate Enzymes before each meal. 120 capsules.
