E.F.A. is short for Essential Fatty Acid and is a blend
of Flax seed oil and Borage oil. E.F.A.s are important for the proper function of the body. The body cannot manufacture
them on its own and can only get them from foods and/or E.F.A. supplements.
There are two kinds of E.F.A.s: omega-6 and omega-3. Omega-6 is found in most nuts and seeds. Omega-3 is found in flaxseeds, flax oil, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and dark leafy green vegetables. Ultimate E.F.A. contains both omegas needed by the body.
